STOCK, husband and wife as Joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated January 9, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for road and public utility purposes over the Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden Allot- ment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest co~ner of Section 3©, Townah~tp 5 South, Range 9 West, S.B.B. & M. and running thence North 0v 39' 45" East, 1329.13 feet; thence South 88° 48, 15" East, 1734 feet to the point of beginning of the lot ~eretn described, and running from said point of beginning South 88 48' 15" East, 64 feet; 0 . -- 0 ~ Wthe:~e6~°~ethet ~ th3e9 'nc e45~orW~ t 0o16~$ ,144~,e, eEt~ s tt,he~. ~r ~he o t88t o52t~e 00 point of beginning. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac- cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
