ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, LOUIS H. REIN-KING and FRANCES L. REIN-KING, husband
and wife as joint tenants,.~ presented to the City Council a grant
deed dated January 18, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for road and public utility purposes over the
Northerly 30.00 feet of that portion of the James McFadden allot-
ment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana described as follows:
Cormmencing at the Southwest corner of Sectio~ 30, Township 5
45"
South, Range 9 West, and running thence North 0v 39' East
1329.13 feet; thence South 88° 48, 15" East 1606 feet to the point
of beginning of the lot hersin, described, and ru~ning from said
point of beginning South 88 48' 15" East 12~ feet, thence South
0° 39' 45" West 169.21 feet; thence North 88 52' West 128 feet;
thence North 0° 39' 45" East 169.35 feet to the point of beginning.
RESERVING the Northerly 30 feet thereof for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
