QUITCLAIM DEED
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
WHEREAS, upon the approval of Tract No. ~ it was required
that subdivider reroute a certain sewer line a~he City agreed to
quitclaim any right it might have by reason of a sewer easement
across Lots 209 through 212, both inclusive, of said Tract, and said
sewer work has been completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim
deed in the name of the City of Santa Aha quitclaiming to the record
owners of the real property herein described as their interest may
appear in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
Lots 209, 210, 211 and 212, Tract No. 1724 as shown on
a map recorded in Book 511 Pages 24, 25 and 26 of Mis-
ce£1aneous Naps, records of Orange County, California.
