ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, HONER DEVELOP~NT CO., a Corporation,
to the City Council a grant deed dated February 20,
property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
fornia, described as:

An easement for street purposes along the North 20 feet of
the South 50 feet of the following described parcel of land:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the allotment of land
assigned to William Ferguson in the partition of the Rancho
Santiago de Santa Ana, by the 17th Judicial District Court of
Los Angeles County, in the City of ~snta Aha, said point is East
22.50 chains distant from the common corner of Section l, Township
5 South, Range ll West, S.B.B. & M. and Section 12, Township 5 .
South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., running thence East 28-3/4 rods,
thence North 78 rods; thence West 28-3/4 rods; thence South 78
rods to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 1~5 feet thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of S~unta Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of ~Mrch , 1956.
