ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEKEAS, 'NILLIAM CHARLES CARLSON and ELSIE MAE CARLSON, hus-
band and wife, have presented to~'~4'~City Council a grant deed
dated November 15, 1955 in consideration of payment of $27.00, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot 26
of Tract No. 1262, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 39, Page 6, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said Orange
County, described as a spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded
Northerly by the North line of said Lot 26, bounded Easterly
by the East line of said Lot 26, and bounded Southwesterly by
the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly, having a radius of
15.00 feet and tangent to both North and East lines of said
Lot 26.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956.
