ACCEPTING GRANT D~D
V~EREAS, NAUDE E. GOULD, also known .as MAUD ESTPEgR GOULD, a
widow, ~as presented to th--~ity Council a grant deed dated January
13, 1956, in consideration of payment of $1,275.00, conveying prop-
erty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
An easement for Sanitary Sewer purposes over a 15 foot strip
of land, the center line of which is described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Street,
which bears South 89° 00' 05" West 12.53 feet from the intersec-
tion of the center line of ~cFadden Street with the mon~mented
center line of Lyon Street; thence Souhh 5° 39' 49" Wes~ 274.7
feet; thence South 0° 32' 45" West 724.24 feet; thence oouth 0u 31'
20" West 1554.03 feet.
NG~, ~qE?~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of March , 1956.
