A~EPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, NOEL T. JEN~and~ THEL~ J. ~ENNINGS, husband and
wife, have presented to ~ Council a grant deed dated November 9,
19[[, in consideration of payment of $770.00, conveying property in
the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, de-
scribed as:
An easement for street purposes over:
PARCEL l: The Easterly 10.00 feet of the following: The
North one-half of that certain parcel of land described as
follows:
Beginning at a point 40.60 chains South of the co~mon corner
of Sections l, 2, ll and 12, in Township 5 South, Range ll ~est,
San Bernardino Base and !~Ieridian; thence l'~est 4.65 chains;
thence South 6.12 chains; thence East 4.65 chains; thence North
6.12 chains to the point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFR0~ the West ~3.45 feet thereof;
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFR0~ the South 50 feet.
PARCEL 2: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the South line of Ninth Street, bounded Easterly by the West
line of Parcel l, and bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve
concave Southwesterly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent
to said South line of Ninth Street, and tangent to said West line
of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of April , 19~6.
