ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WITEREAS, WILLIAM J. STAUFFER and VIOLET W. STAUFFER, husband
and wife, as joint tenants, have presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated March 16, 19~6, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Westerly 3.2 feet
of the following described property: Lot 4 in Block A of
Blee's Second Addition to the Town of Santa Ana, as shown on
a map thereof recorded in Book 30, page 75 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
N074 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PAS&ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on tho 2nd day of April , 1956.
