'~[HEREAS, WILLIAM G. LUCAD0 and VIRGINIA P. LUCAD0, husband
and wife, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated
March 22, 1956, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
parcel of land:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Towner Street, 60.00
feet in width, distant thereon South 0° 4~' 10" West 114.68 feet
from its intersection with the South line of an alley, 20.00
feet in width, as said street is shown on a map of tract No. 1306,
recorded in Book 39, Pages 29 and 30, ~liscellaneous ~.~aps, records
of said Orange County, said point of beginuing being the beginning
of a tangent curve, concave Northeasterly, having a radius of
15.00 feet; thence Southeasterly along said curve, through a cen-
tral angle of 90o ~6' 30" anarc40,,distance of 23.81 feet to a line
tangent; thence North 89° US' East along said tangent line
9.15 feet; thence East 90.b0 feet to the ~ ~

conveyed to Willisxa G. Lucado and wife. by a deed recorded November
28, 19~, Book ~295, Page ~51 of Official Records in the office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South 0~° 4~' 10"
West 20.00 feet to the North line of Seventeenth Street, b0.00
feet in width, as shown on said map of Tract No. 1306; thence
West along said North line, 90.6~ feet to an angle point therein;
thence South 89° 48' 40" West along said North line, 14.24 feet;
thence North 0° 45' 10" East 10.00 feet to the beginning of a curve,
concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 10.00 feet, the initial
radial line at said point bears North 0° ll' 20" ~gest; thence
Northerly along said curve, through a central angle of 90 56 30 ,
an arc distance of 15.87 feet to a line tangent, thence North 0
4~' 10" East along said tangent line 1~.25 feet to the point of
beginning.
NOW, THhlREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
