WHEREAS, BRYAN-SANTA ANA, Ltd., a limited partnership, .has
presented to the City Council a g~ant deed dated April 5th, 1956
conveying property described as:
That parcel of land being a portion of the Marie Ygnacia
Alvarado de Moreno Allotment in the Rancho Santiago de Santa Aha,
City of Santa Ana, in Orange County, California, described as
follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Northerly line of
Washington Place with the Westerly line of Grand Avenue as
said streets are shown on a ~ap of T~ct No. 2385, recorded
in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 65, Pages 3 and 4, Office of
~ountv Recorder of said County of Q.z~nge[ thence South 89°
5' ~8" WeSt along said North%fly imne or Washiugton Place
15.11 feet to a point of tangency of a curve concave Northwest-
erly having a radius of 15.00 feet; thence Easterly and North-
erly along said curve through a central angle of 90° 24' 58"
a length of 23.67 feet to a point of tangency in the West line
of said Grand Avenue; thence Southerly along said West line of
Grand Avenue 15.11 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Oouncil of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 10th day of April , 1956.
