WHEHEAS, WILLIAM R. SIDES has presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated April 27, 1956, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over: That portion of Lot 5,
McFadden-Wilson Tract, filed in Book l, Page 54 of Record of
Surveys in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County,
California, mo~e particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of Cypress
Avenue with the Southerly line of Cubbon Street as it now exists;
thence Westerly along the said Southerly line of Cubbon Street,
15.33 feet; thence along a curve concave to the right, with a
delta of 9l° 13' 55" a distance of 23.88 feet to a point in the
said Westerly line of Cypress Avenue; thence Northerly along said
Westerly line of Cypress Avenue 15.33 feet to the point of begin-
ningo
NOW, THEREFO~W~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Califomia.
