ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, JOSEPH C~.~__N and MARY F. CONDON~ husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated May 1, 1956, in
consideration of payment of $225.00, conveying an easement for street
purposes over property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly
10 feet of the North 45 feet of the South 90 feet
of the East 90 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No.
132, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 11,
page 42, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
NOW, THEP~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: ~nat the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 7th day of ~' ~
