WHEREAS, John Henry Lindley and Evelyn R. Lindley have presented
to the City Council a quitclaim deed dated November 1%, 1955, without
cash consideration, forever quitclalmtng all of their right, title
and interest in and to certain property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot 18,
of Tract No. 1290, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
book 39, page 39, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County, described as a sp~udrel shaped parcel of land
bounded Northerly by the North line of said Lot 18, bounded
Easterly by the East line of said Lot 18, and bounded South-
westerly by the arc of a curve concave Southwesterly, having
a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to both North and East
lines of said Lot 18.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of May , 1956.
