WHEREAS, Department of_Y_eterans,,Affairs of the State of
California has presented to the City Co~V~ci£~a grant deed dated
December 15, 1955, in consideration of payment of $37.00, convey-
ing property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of Lot
18, of Tract No. 1290, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 39, page 39, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County, described as a spandrel shaped parcel of
land bounded Northerly by the North line of said Lot 18,
bounded Easterly by the East line of said Lot 18, and
bounded Southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave South-
westerly, having a radius of 15.00 feet and tangent to
both North and East lines of said Lot 18.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
