~'~TEREAS, ~adeline ~. N~ has presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated November ,1--~955, in consideration of payment of
~30.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over that portion of
Lot 15 of Tract No. 125~, as shown on a map thereof
recorded in book 41, page 48, Niscellaneous Haps, rec-
ords of said Orange County, described as a spandrel
shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly by the South
linc of said Lot 15, bounded Easterly by the East line
of said Lot l~, and bounded Northwesterly by the arc
of a curvo concave Northwesterly, having a radius of
l~.00 feet and tangent to both South and East lines of
said Lot 15.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council i~ hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
