ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, L. H. M~A~_._an and Margaret Murman have presented to
the City Council a grant deed dated June 19, 1956, in consideration
of payment of $210.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the northerly 31 feet of
the following described property:
That portion of the land allotted to Fo W. Koll in a parti-
tion of the Rancho Sautiago de Santa Ana, recorded in book
B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial Court of Los Angeles
County, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of McFadden Street,
52 feet in width, distant thereon North 89° 15' 00" East
164.03 feet from the intersection of said centerline with the
easterly line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company right
of way; thence perpendicular to said McFadden Street South
0° 45' 00" East 217.57 feet; thence South 89° 27' 23" East
143.21 feet to a point on a curve, concave northeasterly,
and having a radius of 660 feet, a radial to said curve at
said point bearing North 75° 46' 27" East; thence northwest-
erly along said curve 155.23 feet to a point of reverse
curvature with a curve, concave southwesterly and having a
radius of 25.00 feet, a radial to said curve at said point
bearing North 89° 15' 00" East; thence northwesterly along
said curve 39.27 feet; thence radial to said curve North
0° 45' 00" West 42.00 feet to a point on said centerllne of
said McFadden Street; thence along said centerline, South
89° 15' 00" West 100.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion previously dedicated for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
