ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Frank P. Borchard and ~yrtle F. Borchard have pre-
sented to the City CounciT ~--~nt deed dated June 9, 1956, in con-
sideration of payment of ~100.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the northerly 31 feet of
that portion of the land allotted to F. W. Koll, in decree of
partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in
book B of Judgments of the l?th Judicial District Court of
California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of McFadden Street,
52 feet in width, 1670 feet East of the southwest corner of
the land allotted to N. O. Stafford and C. Tustin by said
decree of partition, said point lying also 330 feet East of
the Easterly line of the Pacific Electric Railway Company
right of way; thence along said center line North 89° 15' 00"
East 89.03 feet to the true point of beginning; thence perpen-
dicular to said center line of said McFadden Street, South
0° 45' 00" East 200 feet; thence parallel with said center
line of said McFadden Street North 89° 15' 00" East 80 feet;
thence perpendicular to said aforementioned course North
O° 45' 00" West 200 feet to a point on the center line of
said McFadden Street; thence along said centerline South
89° 15' 00" West 80 feet, to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion previously conveyed to the City of Santa
Ana for street purposes by deed recorded February 7, 1924 in
book 512 page 5 of Deeds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
