~HEREAS, Kathryn S~ry and Irvin J. W~s ~ave presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated June 12, 19~5, without cash
consideration, conveying propert~ in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL N0. 1. The South 12.00 feet of the west 80.00 feet
of the East 90.00 feet of Lot i in Block A of Tract No. 132,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book ll, Page 4a, Mis-
cellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL NO. 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded
Southerly by the North line of Parcel l, bounded Easterly
by the West llne of Bristol Street, bounded Northwesterly
by the arc of a curve concave Northwesterly, having a
radius of 2~.00 feet and tangent to said North line of
Parcel l, and tangent to said West line of Bristol Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL~?ED: ~at the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and E~e Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the Co~s-nty Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED A~iD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 19~6.
