V~LEREAS, G. Howard Robertshaw, Elieth M. Robertshaw, Charles
B. Lin~ and Lois Jean Li~e~ nave presented to the City Council
a gran-~H-t~deed dated May 3, 1956, without cash consideration, convey-
ing property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Parcel 1. The southerly 4.1 feet of the easterly 59.11
feet of Lot 5 Culloms addition in City of Santa Ana as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 23 Page 50 nis-
cellaneous records and maps of Los Angeles Co.
NOW, TI-~REFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the ~lerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
