CITY EMPLOYEES NOT COVERED BY SALARY SCHEDULES
WHEREAS, the City Council is adjusting salaries and wages for
employees paid under the basic compensation plan to conform the
same to prevailing standards; and
WHEREAS, in addition to part-time and temporary employees,
the~e are three positions not covered by the basic compensation
plan, and a new position is created by this Resolution which is
not covered by said plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a new position is hereby
created under the class title of Administrative Assistant, which
position is temporary and shall not continue for a period of more
than four months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the following positions and
classes of employment shall receive the following salaries monthly:
City Manager
Administrative Assistant
Civil Defense Coordinator
City Attorney

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the salaries provided for in this
resolution shall be paid in the same manner and at the same time as
other salaries of the City are paid, and that said salaries shall
take effect on the first day of July, 1956.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of June, 1956.
