ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Paul B. ~~and Erma A. Anderson have. pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 28, 1956, with-
out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
PARCEL l: Beginning at a point in a line which is parallel
with ~nd 984.00 feet westerly, measured at right angles,
from the center llne of Bristol Street, said point being
330.00 feet southerly from the center line of First Street;
thence Easterly parallel with the center line of First Street,
191.00 feet; thence northerly 42.00 feet parallel with the
center line of Bristol Street; thence Westerly parallel with
the center line of First Street 191.00 feet; thence Southerly
42.00 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2. A trapezoid shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by the North line of Parcel l, bounded Northerly by a line
parallel with and 67 feet Northerly, measured at right angles,
from the South line of Parcel l, bounded Easterly by a line
parallel with and 30 feet Easterly, measured at right angles,
from the Southerly extension of the center line of Pacific
Avenue, as it exists North of First Street, bounded westerly
by the Northerly extension of the west line of Parcel 1.
PARCEL 3. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by the North line of Parcel l, bounded Westerly by the East-
erly line of Parcel 2, bounded Northeasterly by the arc of
a curve concave Northeasterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet,
and tangent to said north line of Parcel l, and tangent to
said East line of Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorueU with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of July, 1956.
