ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, First~lical United Brethren Church has presented
to the City Council a gran~d dated July 9, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
For street and roadway purposes: A strip of land 2 feet in
width lying adjacent to and easterly of that certain parcel of
land conveyed to the State of California by deed recorded April
4, 193%, in Book 746, page 81 of Official Records of Orange
County, California, bounded on the south by the westerly exten-
sion of the northerly line of Tract 2019 as said Tract is shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 59, page 38 of Miscellaneous
Maps in the Office of the Recorder of said Orange County and
bounded on the North by a line parallel with and northerly 254.67
feet, measured at right angles, from said westerly extension.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of July, 1956.
