OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING ANEND~T
NUMBER 1 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR NAINTENANCE OF
STATE HIG}~AY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the State of California~ through its Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, has presented Amendment ~umber I to the Agreement for
~aintenance of the State Highway in the City of SantaAna dated July l, 1956.
WHERFAS, the City Council has heard read said Amendment ~amber I in full
and is familiar with the contents thereof;
TREREFORE~ be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
that said Amendment Number I is hereby approved and the ~yor and the Clerk
of the Council are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City.
ADOPTED this 16th day of July, 1956.
