ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Victor Ortiz Flores and Jesse P. Flores have pre-
sented to the City Council a grant deed dated June 7, 1956, with-
out cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for Street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The Northerly 12.00 feet of the West 62.50 feet of the
East 237.50 feet of Lot l, Tract No. 999 as shown on a
map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 10, Niscellaneous
Naps, Records of Orange County, California.
NOW, ~{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the
