WHEREAS, Department of Veterans Affairs of the State of
California and Antonio Aguil~r and l~uby C. &gullar have presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated June 27, 1956, in consider-
ation of payment of $320.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the Easterly l0
feet of that portion of Tract No. 999, as shown on a
map thereof recorded in book 33, page 10, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Tract No. 999,
being the Northwest corner of the intersection of Pine
Street and Bristol Street in saDd City of Santa Aha, as
shown on said map, and running thence Westerly along
the Northerly line of said Pine Street, 126 feet; thence
Northerly, parallel with the Westerly line of said
Bristol Street, 64 feet; thence Easterly, parallel With
said Northerly line of Pine Street, 126 feet to said
Westerly line of Bristol Street; thence Southerly, along
said Westerly line of said Bristol Street, 64 feet to
the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1956.
