ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Albert L. Jones and Doris L. Jones have presented
to the City Council a grant~'~dated July 16, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following de-
scribed property:
The north 12.00 feet of the Vest 62.50 feet of Lot l,
Tract No. 999 as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 33, Page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, Records o~ Orange
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1956.
