ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, W..F. C~__~ and Maurine N. Croddy have presented
to the City Council a grant deed dated July 25, 19~6, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. A strip of land 100.00 fee~ in width bounded
Easterly by the East line of Lot 7, Tract No. 1024, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 33, Page 33 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California, bounded Westerly
by the East line of Harbor Blvd., 80.00 feet wide; the center
line of said 100.00 strip being parallel with and 360.47 feet
Northerly, measured at right angles from the South line of
said Lot 7. Excepting the Westerly 200.00 feet.
PARCEL 2. The Westerly 200.00 feet of the following: A
strip of land 120.00 feet in width bounded Westerly by the
East line of Harbor Blvd., 80.00 feet wide; the center line
of said 120.00 foot strip being parallel with and 360.47
feet Northerly, measured at right angles from the South line
of said Lot 7.
Reserving unto first party, their successors and assigns
the right to construct, maintain and operate upon, across or
over the land herein described, such railway tracks as shall
be required by them for industrial and for other development
or use for the parcels of land owned by said party and other
property adjacent to or in the vicinity of the above described
land and in such locations upon the above described land, as
shall be required for such purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PAS~ED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of August, 1956.
