WHEREAS, Russell S. Adkinson has presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated August i~-~56, without cash consideration, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following de-
scribed p~operty:
The easterly 60 feet of the westerly 23~.67 feet of the
southerly 25.00 feet of the northerly 50.00 feet of Sec-
tion 12, T. 5 S., R. l0 W., S.B.B. & N., County of
Orange, State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana ac-
cepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1956.
