CONVEYING STREET E~SEMENT
WHEREAS, Eugene B. Sive, M.D., Anita J. Sive, Louis J.
Cella, Jr., M.D., Marian (AW) M. Cella, Gerald F. Dobel, M.D.
a~TS'~ary Jane Dobel, havejpresented to the City Council a grant
deed dated August 17, 1956, without cash consideration, convey

lng property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for road purposes over that portion of the
following described land included within a strip of land
lO.O0 feet in width, the Easterly line of said strip being
parallel with and distant Easterly 50.00 feet measured at
right angles from the center llne of Bristol Street 80.00
feet in width and to extend Northerly and Southerly so as
to intersect the Northerly and Southerly lines of the fol-
lowing described land:
That portion of the West half of Section 25, Township 5
South, Range l0 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street,
80.00 feet in width, as described in deed to Orange County,
recorded June 1st, 1949 in Book 1851, page 303 of Official
Records, distant South 0° 53' 33" West 1540.02 feet from
the Northwest corner of said Section 25; thence South
89° 22' 10" East 415.71 feet to the beginnin6 of a tangent
curve, concave Northerly having a radius of bO0.O0 feet;
thence Easterly along said curve through a central angle
of 7° 42' 10" a distance of 80.66 feet; thence South
0° 38' 16" West 785.41 feet; thence North 89° 22' 10"
West 499.60 feet to the center line of said Bristol Street;
thence North 0° 53' 33" East 780.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1956.
