GRANTING EASEMENT FOR ALLEY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, RAND PROPERT~IES, INC. has presented to the City
Council a grant deed dated August 16, 1956, without cash consid-
eration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for alley purposes over and across the North 10
feet of me following described property, and also an ease-
ment for street purposes over and across the South 30 feet
of the following described property:
That portion of the West half of Section 25, Township 5 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street,
80.00 feet in width; as described in deed to Orange County,
recorded June l, 1949 in Book 1851, page 303 of Official
Records, distant South 0° 53' 33" West 1540.02 feet from the
Northwest corner of said Section 25; thence South 89° 22' 10"
East 415.71 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve, con-
cave Northerly having a radius of 600.00 feet; thence Easterly
along said curve through a central angle of 7° 42' 10" a
distance of 80.66 feet; thence South 0o 38' 16" West 785.41
feet; thence North 89° 22' 10" West 499.60 feet to the center
line of said Bristol Street; thence North 0° 53' 33" East
780.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom all that portion of said land lying
Westerly of the Westerly line of said Section 25.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of August, 1956.
