ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
WHEREA~, MarJorie E. N~, has p~esented to the City
Council a grant deed dated A~-~gust 20, 1956, in consideration of
payment of $275.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the easterly 10
feet of the westerly 16.67 feet of the following de-
scribed property:
Lot 20 in Block B of Hedges Addition to Santa Ans, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 31, page 48,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of September, 1956.
