has presented to theC~y Council a grant deed dated August 6, 1956, with-
out cash consideration, conveying an easement in property in the City of
Sant~ Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: The North 20 feet of
That portion of the Southeast Q,,-~ter of Section 30, in
Township 5 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian, described as follows:
Begin~tug at a point on the East line of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 30, distant thereon 30 feet
South of the Northeast corner thereof; thence East,
parallel to the North line of the Southeast Quarter of
said Section 30, 396 feet; thence South, par-llel with
the East line of said Southwest q,,arter, 550 feet; thence
West, parallel with the North line of the Southeast
Quarter of said Section 30, 396 feet to a point on the
East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 30,
distant thereon 550 feet south of the point of beginning;
thence North 550 feet to the point of beginning.
Subject to covenants, eas~ments and rights of way of record.
NOW, T~O~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPT~by the City Co~mcil of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 4th day of September , 1956.
