~tEREAS, S~ant~ ina Junior Colle e District has presented
to the City Council ~ grmu6 deed a e ep em er , 1956, without
cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
Comnty of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. The southerly 25.00 feet of the northerly 50.00
feet of the westerly 25.00 feet of the easterly 65.00 feet
of Section ll, T. 5 S., R. l0 W., S.B.B. & N. in the Co~mty
of Orange, State of California.
Excepting therefrom that portion thereof previously dedicated
by Santa Aha Junior College District of Orange County and
recorded in Book 3489, page 143 of Official Records of Orange
County, California.
PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded northerly
by the south line of Parcel l, bounded easterly by the
southerly prolongation of the easterly line of Parcel l,
bounded southwesterly by the arc of a curve concave south-
westerly, having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to said
south line of Parcel l, and tangent to said southerly pro-
longation of the east line of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby in-
structed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
PASSED A~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of September,
1956.
