ACCEPTING GRA![T DEED
~{I~P~AS, Carl i~!cCullah has presented to the City Council
a grant deed dated September 2~, 19~6, without cash considerab~on,
conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following
described property:
The southerly 12.00 feet of Lot 2 in Block A of
Tract No. 132, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book ll, Page 42, Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of October, 19~6.
