RESOLUTION CONCERNING PEDESTRIAN CROSS_w~ UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 1030
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Aha,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public
Highways Within Said City", adopted April 6~ 1936, the City Council does hereby
declare that the midblock crosswalks at the following locations, are hereby
repealed and rescinded:
Seventeenth Street
Lacey Street
Santa Clara Ave
AYES, COUNCII~E~:
- between Ross Street and Jefferson Place
- between Frmit St. and Stafford St.
- between French St. and Valencia Ave.
and the Director o~ Public Works is hereby directed to remove or cover all marks
as above described.
