APPROVING NE~0RANIK~ OF AG~IT FOR EXPENDITURE
OF F~NDS ALLOCAT~,~ UNE~R SECTION 2107.5 OF Tnm
~S AND HIGHWAYS COEd.
W~, a memorandum of agreement has been presented to be entered
into with the State of California in aceox~anoe with a project statement sub-
mitted by the City of Santa Aha for expenditure of the engineering allocation
to Cities for the fiscal yea~ 1956, and
WNEP~EAS, the City Council has heard read said agreement in 19~] ] and
is f~llia~ with the contents thereof;
T~ORE, be it resolved by the City Co%moll of the City of Santa
A~a that said project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of
proposed expenditu_v~s of the engineering allocation to Cities, and said agree-
ment be and the s"me is hereby approved and the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Co,nell are directed to sig~ the same on behalf of said City, said a~reement
to be binding upon the City upon its execution by the authorized officials of
the State.
