ON THE CITY COUNCIL
WHEREAS, COURTNEY R. CHANDLER, has tendered his resignation to
take effect at midnight October 31, 1956~ and the same has been accepted
with regrets by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby declares the office held by Courtney R. Chandler,
as Councilman from the Fifth Ward, to be vacant.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1956.
