HomeMy WebLinkAbout56-288REEOLUTION NO. ~6-288 ACCEPTING GRANT WHEREAS, ~_~.mq~_~kTE INSURANCECOMPANY, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated November 2, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement for street purposes over the northerly 12.00 feet of the following described portions of Lots 15 and 16 of the Mabury Tract, being the tract shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 165, Page 300, Deeds of Los Angeles County, California, said portions of said lots being: Parcel No. 1: Beginning on the north line of said Lot 16 at a pointnorth~9°13' ~ ~s~.~of~fromthe northwest 15" east 901.43 feet corner of said lot; n o to the southerly line of said lot; thence along said southerly line north 89° 07' 30" east 377.76 feet to the southeast corner of said lot; thence along the east line of said lot north 0° 35' 05" west 859.52 feet to the northeast corner of said lot~ thence along the north line thereof south 89© 13' hO" west 650.12 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel No. 2: The west 15 feet of said lot 15. SUBJECT TO: Taxes for the fiscal year 1956-57, a lien. Any convenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements, rights and rights-of-way of record. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
