CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEP~WITH:
BE IT RESOLV~.D. That the parking limitations created by Resolution
No. 55-250, adopted Sept.~ 26, 1955, and ordering the curb painted RED~ as
follows:
FIFTH STREAT
On the north side of Fifth Street, between Birch and Broadway, as follows:
East l0 feet of the West 179 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California e~ld Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking l~mitations and regulations set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code, as follows:
FIFTH STREET
On the North side of Fifth Street, between Birch Street and Broadway, as follows:
East ~'o" of the west 178 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted ~.P~?~ and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described·
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 19th day of November , 1956.
