CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS ~ND CURB MAEKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEHEWITH:
BE IT R~SOLV~D: That the parking limitations created by Resolution
No. 3927, adopted on the 17th day of April, 1950, and ordering the curb painted
Yw~,~OW, as follows:
SPURGEON STRF~T
On the west side of Spurgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street,
as follows:
South 20 feet of the north 27 feet
Also:
the following existing RED zones, and any others in conflict i,~ith those listed
below, as follows:
On the west side of Spurgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street,
North 8 feet
South 3 feet of the north 118 feet
On the east side of Spurgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street,
North 9 feet
South 5' 6" of the north 118 feet
On the west side of Spurgeon Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
South 12 feet
North 7 feet of the south 171 feet
On the east side of Spurgeon Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
South 10 feet
North 4' 6" of the south 114' 6"
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of P~blic Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California and Section 3201 of the Santa ~na ~anicipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulations set forth
in Section 3218 of the Santa Ana Manicipal Code, as follows:
SPURGEON
On the west side of Sp~rgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street, as follows:
South 18 feet of the north 36 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted Y~3.TOW, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove
described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California s_ud Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Mnnicipal Code,
The City Council hereby establishes parking limitations and regulaiions set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code, as follows:
SPURGEON STREET
On the west side of 8purgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street,
North 18 feet
South 2 feet of the north ll8 feet
On the east side of Spurgeon Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street,
North 18 feet
South 2 feet of the north ll8 feet
On the west side of Spurgeon Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
South 20 feet
North 5 feet of the south 171 feet
On the east side of Spurgeon Street, between Fourth Street and Fifth Street,
South 20 feet
North 6 feet of the South ll& feet 6 inches
and said curb along said street shall be painted RED, and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove
