WHERF~, CALVIN O. C0?Q~,EJR. and HELEN M. COOK, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a grant deed, dated November 14, 1956,
without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,0range
County, State of California, described as:
D_u easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
PARCEL 1. The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 73 and 74 in Tract
No. 581 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, State of
California.
PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Southerly
by the North line of Parcel l, bounded Easterly by the East
line of said Lot 73, bounded Northwesterly by the arc of a
curve concave Northwesterly having a radius of 15.00 feet and
tangent to said North line of Parcel l~ and tangent to said
East line of Lot 73.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana~cepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Cbuncil of the City of Santa Aha at
its regular meeting held on the 19th day of November, 1956.
