'gHEREAS, JOHN L. McG~and BLANCHE C. McGEE: husband and wife, have
presented to the City Council a grant deed for street purposes, dated
November l~ 1956, without cash consideration~ conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: An easement over
The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots i & 2, in Tract No. 581, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, State of California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County~ California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 19th day of November~ 1956.
