B~ T~ R~$OLVED BY THE COUNCIL oF 'ft~ CITY OF SAiqTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highway~
Within ~3aid City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that
Section 2, Art. g. of Resolution No. 56-269, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956~
as follows:

and No. 16 of Resolution No. 56-268, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956, as follows:
Fairview Avenue and Van Ness - Four-Way Stop Intersection
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the above described sigus to be removed.
