BE IT R~SOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH~ C±'fY OF SANTA ~NA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana,
entitled "Au Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha Regulating the Use of Public Highways
Within Said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the City Council does hereby declare that
Section 3, Art. c.1 of Resolution No. 56-269, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956,
as follows:

Seventeenth First Tenth 4-Way Stop
and~ No. l0 of Resolution No. 56-268, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956, as follows:
10. Bush Street and Tenth Street
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the above described signs to be removed.
