and wife, have p~esented~he City Council a gran~ deed, dated
De~embe~ 5, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying p~perty
in the City of Santa Aha, Orange County, State of California,
described as follows:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
p~operty.
PARCEL 1. The Southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 71, and 72 in
Tract No. 581 as shown on a map there of recorded in Book
19, Page 37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orauge County,
State of California.
PARCEL 2. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded
southerly by the north line of Parcel l, bounded westerly
by the west line of said Lot 72, and bounded northeasterly
by the arc of a curve concave northeasterly, having a
radius of 15.0O feet and tangent to said north line of
Parcel l, and tangent to said west line of Lot 72.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, Cd ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of December, 1956.
