November 20, 1956, without cash consideration, conveying property
in the City of SantaAna, Orange County, State df California,
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
The southerly 5.00 feet of Lots 47, and 48 in Tract No.
as shoe on a map thereof recorded in Book 19, Page 37,
Miscellaneous M~s, Records of Orange County, State of
CalifOrnia.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be r~corded with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.

Ana at its regular meeting held on me 17th day of Degember , 1956.
