RESOLUTION DECLARING THROUGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of
California, and to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1030 of the City of Santa Ana,
entitled "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Ana regulating the use of Public
Highways ~ithin said City", adopted April 6, 1936, the Council of the City of
Santa Ana does hereby dec!~re that No. '14 of Resolution No. 56-268, adopted the
15th day of October, 1956, as follows:
Eighth Street and English Street, 4-way stop intersection
also No. 17 - Fifteenth and Parton Streets~ &-way Stop intersection
also No. 18 - Fifteenth and Ross Streets, &-way Stop intersection
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the above described sigus to he removed.
RE IT ~'JRTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council hereby declares the following
~med interesectior~within the said City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be
two-way stop intersections, to-wit:
The intersection of Eighth Street and English Street, and all east
and west bound traffic on Eighth Street she~t stop before entering
the intersection.
The intersection of Fifteenth Street and Par~on Street, and all north
and south bound traffic on Parton Street shall stop before entering
the intersection.
The intersection of Fifteenth Street and Ross Street, and all east and
wsst bound traffic on Fifteenth Street shall stop before entering the
intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City o f Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 17th day of December , 1956.
