~HEREAS, JOHM V. SARINANA AND PELIPA T. SARINANA, husband and wife,
have presented to the City Council a granB deed dated January ?,
without cash consideration, conveying an easement in property in the
City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, Stats of California, descri0ed as:
An Easement for street purposes over the following:
ieginning s.t a point distant North 0° 21' 3~" East ~.00 feet
from the Northeast corner of Lot One of Tract No. 1341, as
sho'~ on a mBp recorded in Book ~?, page 48 of [.!iscsllaneous
Naps, records of Orange County, California; thence North
0° 21' 3~" East 220.00 feet; thence North 89° ~3' 14" East
10.00 feet; thence South 0o 21~ 3~" 5~est 220.00 feet; thence
South 89o ~3' 14" West 10.O0 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, TiIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Cle~ ~ the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED hy the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at
regular meeting held on the ?.th day of January , 19~7.
