W~, Milclred L. Kenyon has presented to the City Council a
grant deed dated November 8, 1956, in consideration of $280.00, convey-
ing property in the City of Sauta Aha, County of Orange, State of California;
described as:
An easement for street purposes over the westerly 40.00 feet
of the south 50.00 feet of that portion of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter of section 12, Township 5
South, Range lO West, in the land allotted to Jacob Ross in
decree of partition of the Rancho ~antiago de ~anta Ama, re-
corded in Book B of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District
Court of California, located in the city of Santa Au~, county
of Orange, state of California, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said section, be-
ing the northwest corner of tha~ certain 6-acre tract of land
conveyed to Albert G. Hesse and wife, by deed recorded August
27, 1924 in book 538, page 125, of Deeds, said northwest corner
being distant 285.74 feet, more or less, southerly from the
northwest corner of said section 12; thence easterly 17~.62
feet along the northerly line of said 6-acre tract of land;
thence southerly 100.00 feet par-l 1 el with the westerly line
of said section; thence westerly 174.62 feet par-llel with the
northerly line of the above mentioned 6-acre tract of land to
the westerly line of said section; thence northerly lOO.OO
feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the westerly 30.00 feet thereof included in Bristol
Street.
NOW~ '£n~EFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
and
That Resolution No. 56-247 is hereby rescinded.
