WHEREAS, GUADELOUPE de ARCOS has presented to the City Council
of Santa Ana a Grant Deed dated March 8, 1957, in consideration of
payment of ~3,200.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
The East 50 feet of the South 194 feet of the following:
That portion of the Jacob Ross Allotment, described as
follows: Commencing at a point on the North line of
Hickey Street; (now 8th Street) 401.6 feet West of the
intersection of ssi d North line of Hickey Street (now
8th Street) with the West line of Artesia Street, as
said Artesia Street existed prior to September l, 1924,
~unning thence West on said North line of Hickey Street
(now 8th Street) 200.8 feet; thence North parallel with
said West line of Artesia Street, 355 feet; thence East
200.8 feet; thence South 355 feet to the point of begin-
ning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th ds~ of Narch , 1957.
